IE math question: Operator SMV 16, helper SMV 3, per hour production 170 pcs, working hour 10, operator 48 then calculate how much need helper?

Working hour= 10

Production per day= 170 x 10

                              = 1700 pcs

 We know that,

                        Production x SMV

                      Working hour x 60

 

                          1700 x 19

                           10 x 60

                 =………………….

                              600

 

                 = 53.83

 

                 = 54 worker

 

Given that, Operator= 48

Now helper need= 54-48
