IE math question: Suppose A line have manpower 65, Product SMV 18, working hour 10, 20 people leave after 8 hour and 15 people staying up to 11 hour and total production 1200 pcs, find out line efficiency%?

Given that,

20 people 8 hour and 15 people 11 hour and others’ 10 hour leave

So that,

20 x 8= 160 hour

15 x 11= 165 hour and

30 x 10 = 300 hour

Total man hour= 300+165+160= 625 hour

                         Production x SMV

                             Man hour x 60
