IE Math Solution IE math question: If a line machine SMV 14.70 min., helper SMV 5.80 min., working hour 10, hourly production 150 pcs, efficiency 70% and other worker 65 then find out how much helper use in the line?

IE math question: If a line machine SMV 14.70 min., helper SMV 5.80 min., working hour 10, hourly production 150 pcs, efficiency 70% and other worker 65 then find out how much helper use in the line?

Solution:

 Total SMV= 14.70 + 5.80

                  = 20.5 min.

 Production= 150 x 10

                   = 1500 pcs.

 We know that,

                               Production x SMV

Manpower=………………………………………………..

                        Working hour x 60 x Efficiency

 

                  1500 x 20.5

               =…………………………….

                             10 x 60 x 0.7

               =………………………

                              420


Manpower= 73.21

 

      Helper= 73.21 – 65

             = 8.21

             = 8 (Answer)
